This is the best way to completely awaken the hidden horsepower in your PX150 motor! The 187cc kit has much larger transfer ports than standard, almost doubling the cross sectional area available for the fuel mixture to move through. this, in combination with a completely re designed piston means there is much less drag on the motor releasing more available power. The new piston also has thinner 1mm rings which also reduces dragon the cylinder walls. This new cylinder kit is also cast in aluminium with a nicosil type coating on the cylinder walls for reduced wear. This new cylinder material means the engine can run cooler while creating more power. The cylinder head has been completely re-designed, with 4 more studs in place to prevent any warping of the head under high heat conditions. It also has dual spark plug holes available, the traditional 45degree plug hole for ease of fitment or a central plug hole for a more efficient burn within the combustion chamber. The combination of the new piston and cylinder head also means a revised, higher compression ratio as well as a much better squish band creating a better mixture swirl within the chamber.

This kit should be fitted by an experienced fitment centre and should be combined with the longstroke 60mm crankshaft, larger diameter carburettor, a stronger clutch and an electronic ignition.
