The Polini Wavy Disk helps to create a better overall braking system. The wavy pattern on the outer edge of the disk creates a larger surface area to dissapate heat as well as move cold air between the brake pads.  This greatly reduces the effect of brake fade on the braking system and gives better feel under heavy braking.
